We want you to know that we care deeply about your well-being and the well-being of your pet and of our community. You should also limit contact with others, start self-isolation and stay at home for 14 days from last exposure. If your pet’s appointment cannot be delayed, then please have someone else bring your pet in. WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, REMAIN IN YOUR CAR AND CALL US AT 613-831-2965 TO ARRANGE FOR THE TRANSFER OF YOUR PET INTO THE BUILDING. If your pet is scheduled for non-urgent care, please call to re-schedule. FOOD AND MEDICATION MUST BE PRE-PAID (VISA, MC, OR E-TRANSFER). WHEN YOU ARRIVE CALL US AND WE WILL CARRY IT TO YOUR CAR, OR POSSIBLY PLACE IT OUTSIDE OUR FRONT DOOR, IF PREFERRED. We also want to take this opportunity to share with you just some of the many preventative measures we are implementing to create an environment that is safe and secure for everyone.
